I found the music dreamy. The vibes were very nice, especially during sunset. the food selection offered a splendid variety, i especially enjoyed the ribs. waitresses were always attentive, providing tender service at every meal. it really reminded me of a luxurious retreat.

The air conditioning in some areas could have been cooler, it was just a little warm.

I was very impressed with the food allergy procedure. upon arrival at check in, i notified the reception staff of my son's allergy, and they asked me to speak to the restaurant staff. they sorted everything for us each morning. they took my son's breakfast order, including gluten free pancakes and waffles. also, i could order lunch and dinner, selecting from multiple options. We could write down extra things like chicken nuggets and pizza.

i found the resort well kept with many fine pools. plenty of sunbeds are available near the pools. the waterpark looked entertaining, however i did not use it since my children are below the minimum height of 1.20 cm for the big slides. our room was beautiful and very clean. all staff members smiled and tried to assist.

i observed that certain activities looked exclusive to guests booked through specific travel agencies. this situation limited access to some services for those with independent bookings. despite this minor issue, my overall experience was positive.
