good size family suite hotel decoration xmas decoration kids area private room average pudding mediocre taste taxi organisation poor organisation late gym delayed opening

i thought the rooms were a good size. we got a family suite and i have to say the kids enjoyed it. it was good that they had there 'own room' within our room. also the hotel was decorated for xmas. it was very sweet i thought.

i did think the food was just ok. puddings looked good but tasted average. also taxis are not organised well. it should be easy to get a taxi when i want. also the gym opened late at 10am. it needs to open at 7am

The staff in the restaurants were excellent. Ahmed, the manager, was professional and very cute. Moaz, the chef, was always smiling. A. Rezak brought great energy to every meal.

fun rides chef legend massive rooms

This place is totally awesome. The food rocks and the chef is a legend. The aqua park have like, seriously fun rides. Evening entertainment every night is pretty good too. Rooms? Massive and proper fancy!

Finding a free sunbed around the main pool was sometimes a struggle.

Our family room had a lot of space and was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioning worked perfectly, it maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night. Fresh towels were provided daily and that was great.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in was super fast and easy, and the reception staff always greeted us with a smile. Service with a smile always makes the difference!

The hotel had a huge pool, and some water slides for everyone. There are different activities all day long. The gym had a good range of equipment, it allowed for a proper workout while on vacation.

The hotel is close to the airport, so transfer was quick and easy. A free shuttle bus took us to a nearby beach. Shops and restaurants were only a short taxi ride away. So practical.

The main restaurant had loads of choices and something for everyone, it was good. The Italian restaurant served tasty pasta dishes. Breakfast had tons of options. A good way to start your day.

Excellent Stay FOR a Family

cleanliness good amenities friendly staff

My family enjoyed the aquapark. There were many slides for adults and kids. The pools were clean. We found several dining options. The staff are friendly. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The gardens were well maintained. The room was restocked daily with water and amenities.

The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped. Palm trees and various flowering plants were well maintained. Paths were well-lit at night. This provided a safe and visually appealing environment for evening strolls.

The Family Room had ample space. It included a king-size bed and a separate area with two twin beds. The bathroom was equipped with two sinks and a walk-in shower. Daily housekeeping kept the room super clean.

The aquapark featured numerous slides appropriate for all ages. Several pools were available. A lazy river offered a relaxing alternative. Lifeguards were always present at the aquatic facilities.

friendly staff immaculate room mobility needs

the hotel acknowledged my mobility needs. the staff were very friendly and helpful. mohamed abdel hakim kept our room well-supplied with essentials, i found it very thoughtful.
