i thought the rooms were a good size. we got a family suite and i have to say the kids enjoyed it. it was good that they had there 'own room' within our room. also the hotel was decorated for xmas. it was very sweet i thought.

i did think the food was just ok. puddings looked good but tasted average. also taxis are not organised well. it should be easy to get a taxi when i want. also the gym opened late at 10am. it needs to open at 7am

This place is totally awesome. The food rocks and the chef is a legend. The aqua park have like, seriously fun rides. Evening entertainment every night is pretty good too. Rooms? Massive and proper fancy!

Finding a free sunbed around the main pool was sometimes a struggle.

Our family room had a lot of space and was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioning worked perfectly, it maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night. Fresh towels were provided daily and that was great.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in was super fast and easy, and the reception staff always greeted us with a smile. Service with a smile always makes the difference!

The hotel had a huge pool, and some water slides for everyone. There are different activities all day long. The gym had a good range of equipment, it allowed for a proper workout while on vacation.

The hotel is close to the airport, so transfer was quick and easy. A free shuttle bus took us to a nearby beach. Shops and restaurants were only a short taxi ride away. So practical.

My family enjoyed the aquapark. There were many slides for adults and kids. The pools were clean. We found several dining options. The staff are friendly. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The gardens were well maintained. The room was restocked daily with water and amenities.
