i stayed in a premier king room island view. the room had two separate sinks which i found convenient. a rainfall shower was included too which i use often. i also liked the gym it has three treadmills for cardio.
i noticed some areas felt a bit far, requiring a golf cart ride to get around.

i found a thoughtful welcome message and a complimentary late check-out when i returned to my room this was appreciated. the staff's attention to detail and kindness stood out. the golf buggy service made navigating the extensive grounds easy. i also enjoyed the superb snorkeling just off the hotel's pristine beach and found it lovely.
the resort is vast relying heavily on golf carts for transport particularly if rooms are distant from the lobby or main reef it sometimes reminded me of waiting times for buggies were a tad long.

the staff exhibited really good efficiency professionalism and kindness from arrival to departure. i appreciated meeting christophe laplaza director of food and beverage and ragab hamouda director of restaurants and bars. the team consistently delivers world-class hospitality making guests feel genuinely cared for.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the grounds. everything seemed well-kept. the pools were a nice size. i liked the service i got at the pool. It was very attentive.
i found some issues with the full board package. the advertised a la carte menu was not available. the slimmed-down menu had cheaper food. this got repetitive.

Fantastic Holiday Experience
accessible roomshigh quality
I enjoyed the self-contained nature of the rooms. They are easily accessible and of the highest quality (it really seemed like home). On one occasion when we had a less than satisfactory meal, the staff were really nice too make amends. I really did not ask for it, but it was welcome nonetheless.
