unique architecturestone age themeample space
i enjoyed my stay. the architecture is unique with a stone age theme. the design extends to the room decor, the pools, and dining areas. the pools had plenty of space for swimming and sunbathing.
some areas was a bit worn, needing minor maintenance.

the staff managed the bars efficiently and answered questions politely. i found them attentive to guest needs. the towel service at the pool was quick and easy (no long waits!).

the hotel is close to the airport. it took only a short taxi ride after our flight landed. the hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions and local shops.

the hotel design is cave themed. the staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. the pools are huge and clean. there is a variety of food available, with lots of options. drinks are well made and always easy to get. service at the bars is consistently friendly. i liked chicken burgers at bettys bar, it tasted really nice.

the fakir show was entertaining we also participated in the music quiz and enjoyed the beach party i found many opportunities for fun the entertainment team stood out to me they worked hard and added to my holiday i especially appreciated chloe and madison they were very kind.
the pillows were quite firm i would have liked a softer option.

a taxi ride to the city costs about £5 providing easy access there is not much to explore in the immediate area around the hotel i found it convenient to take short taxi rides.

the expresso martini was delicious at the bars the buffet had excellent options with much choice i saw both meat and vegetarian selections i noticed a variety of foods daily at each meal service.

every room features a balcony offering decent views due to the resort's layout my room included two double beds providing sufficient space the cleaning staff displayed creativity with towel arrangements adding a fun touch.

Really good Hotel Experience

The cave-style architecture created a unique atmosphere. The adults-only policy ensured a tranquil and relaxing experience. The animation team offered enjoyable activities throughout the day. The food was excellent with many options. I found the local egyptian dishes particularly tasty. Drinks at the bar were very good and the bartenders were professional. it seemed like a nice vacation.
I noticed some minor wear in certain areas of the room, such as slightly faded paint.

Underwhelming Stay with Noticeable Issues

The staff seemed mostly uninterested in assisting guests. I asked for a bottle of water and felt I bothered them. One evening, a staff member poured an ice cube down my back and laughed. I found this behavior immature and unprofessional. The food quality was not consistent. Some meals seemed reheated.

i really liked the hotel staff they were very polite and caring to our needs i was always welcomed with a smile. the main pool is great it has lots of different things to do everyday within the day i saw other guest involved in activities. hussein at the pool made sure we always had our bottles cleaned and towels it was so nice. the animation team is superb their efforts and time to entertain guests is wonderful
