pyramid view helpful staff

The pyramid views from the hotel were amazing. i enjoyed coffee at sunrise. The pyramid view was magical. the buffet breakfast was the best i had . the super nice team, friendly, and professional. Compliments to them.

i forgot my sunglasses at the restaurant during lunch. the hotel found them later in my room, odd. i paid usd 75 for courier to my home country. i received a parcel with random items, but no sunglasses.

Really good pyramid experience

pyramid views friendly staff immaculate premises short drive

The location is really good. The views of the pyramids are nice. Staff members are friendly and accommodating. Their hospitality is very nice. The premises is immaculate. I arranged a trip to the pyramids through the concierge. It was a short drive with no traffic.

The lobby and check-in area itself is surprisingly small. It almost feels claustrophobic.

The hotel features three restaurants. Each provides different cuisines. The breakfast buffet is quite good. It has many choices. There are lovely gardens onsite, perfect for a peaceful and calm walk.

manicured gardens excellent service amazing pyramids old car unhygienic bathroom unsafe shower

the hotel grounds was huge and pretty. i was loving the manicured gardens for morning strolls. the restaurants were great, and the services was excellent. seeing the pyramids from the room was amazing and a dream come true!

the airport pickup was terrible. i prepaid for a luxury transfer but got a old car. the driver was old and i must load the luggage myself. the bathroom felt old and unhygienic. the shower also felt unsafe to use.
