My room was super clean! I noticed non-stop cleaning happened there. I appreciated the warm welcome I received upon arrival at the reception. There was great diversity with the variety of delicious foods, with many cuisines from several different countries to choose from. I found the entertainment team to be the best, as they organized many fun and unique activities plus fantastic evening parties.

this was a dreamy escape i never wanted to end. the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness, our every need was met. our room had comfortable beds, fresh linens and a balcony overlooking the lush gardens, it provided a tranquil retreat at the end of each day.

the variety of food was sometimes limited , and i wished for a broader selection of fresh, local dishes to savor the flavors of the region.

the hotel rooms were very spacious , and they were also clean. the cleaning staff created wonderful art that amazed me everyday. the beds were very comfortable.

there were no bars near to the pools , so i had to walk quite a distance for drinks during the day. the food was disappointing , and it was pretty much the same every day. the choice was very limited if you are vegetarian.

the food had a good variety daily. waterslides were fun for both kids and adults. the animation team was friendly and cute. abdel was very kind and regularly invited my family to join activities, that was nice.

I discovered the rooms are very spacious. I enjoyed access to all pools. Housekeeping does a great job daily. They are attentive.

The food isn't very appealing. All restaurants serve a same buffet. I found it gets bored after the 4th night.
