I appreciated the attentive beach staff, especially their smiles. They were very helpful! the expansive terrace offered views of tiran island. i found the food delicious. The staff in restaurants were consistently hardworking. the sea provided amazing corals and various fish.

The staff responded promptly to requests and maintained a high level of professionalism. Daily room cleaning was thorough. customer service assistant marina checked consistently that i was looked after! spa massages from rea were superb.

The hotel provides direct access to the beach and snorkeling areas. Taxis were readily available outside the main entrance. soho square was very close providing different evening atmospheres.

The gym was new. It was also well attended. Hazem, a VERY professional trainer, ensured exercises were performed correctly. The location is ideal as it is close to Soho Square. I found the location great for relaxation.
The room we booked had a garden view. Instead, we got a wheelchair-accessible room. The view from the room was of a flat roof. Cleaners kept us awake most of the night. I could hear them cleaning rooms nearby.

the room was clean every day, thanks to ahmed.
i wanted prawns at seafood night, but there weren't many, disappointed. i also asked for a late check-out extension, but the hotel refused. the courtesy room felt rushed at 20 mins for showering and makeup.

The food quality was a real letdown. The greek food was cold and fried. reservations were also strange. I had to plead to get a spot. i also found the beach music excessively loud (it was hard to relax).

i really liked the variety of amazing fishes near the sea. great corals were visible there. the room had a big terrace and i managed to see tiran island from there. i loved the staff at the beach, they were always smiling.
emails were ignored and the reception felt dismissive. (it's really gone downhill i think). the level of decline to both standards and especially service is sad. i'm sad to say that i probably won't visit again.
