amazing!

perfect beachfront gorgeous architecture personal touch great friend
This resort blew me away! the architecture is gorgeous and the beachfront is perfect. i kayaked and paddle boarded every day. the staff really shined, ayman even got us a prayer mat for room 2112. hussain in the lobby, what a guy? we laughed so much. We became great friends!
Honestly? i only wished the gym had more free weights. It's a minor thing though. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the sofa restaurant had very nice service, thanks to mostafa khalifa and manager samy asaad, so i ate almost every meal here, with fresh food constantly available! the live cooking stations were fantastic.

osama kept the drinks flowing poolside. he was always smiling and attentive plus the lifeguards always had fresh towels, and they monitored the pool area. that security.

The staff were attentive. The food variety was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the fresh ingredients. The architecture uses natural colors. It creates peace.
The gym felt too small. It seemed always crowded. I noticed the room lacked some cleanliness. The bathroom was not clean enough for my liking.

Honestly, the buffet was a bit of a letdown. The variety seemed limited for what I was expecting. I encountered some issues with the room's air conditioning. It wasn't working EFFECTIVELY. The staff, while generally polite, sometimes looked understaffed during peak hours, and it took a while to get assistance.

The design is just SO aesthetic. The staff are very nice and attentive. Their kindness is wonderful. The diversity of the food is really good. Everything is superlative!!!
The shower was only lukewarm. It was disappointing. Each time I had tea or coffee, I had to ask for a teaspoon. This felt inconvenient. The shopping mall on the ground floor is unfinished, with building works ongoing. This detracted from the experience.

amazing stay!

rooftop bar beach volleyball pottery activity total relaxation
this hotel blew me away. the rooftop bar became my favorite spot with amazing views. i indulged in beach volleyball and even tried pottery, so cool! the spa offered total relaxation. it was lovely.
I noticed the gym, was a bit small and often crowded. Not a huge deal though.

The restaurants provided excellent choices. the buffet featured fresh foods, to cater all tastes. i appreciated the attentive staff and the diverse selection. It was amazing, i ate a lot.

the staff demonstrated high attentiveness and friendliness throughout my visit. the poolside service was efficient. i felt welcomed and well-cared for, the staff was always available for any needed help.

relaxed atmosphere clean room maintained ground
the rooftop bar had a relaxed atmosphere. it offered great views and a pleasant vibe. our room was kept spotlessly clean! that same standard was evident in all communal areas. the grounds were beautifully maintained.
The pillows were quite low quality. It felt disappointing for a resort claiming five stars.
