very enjoyable experience

special request helpful staff fruit platter

before i had even flown out, i received a message from megan in guest relations ahead of my stay, asking if i had special requests they could accommodate for my arrival. megan was always on hand to assist with any issues i had and would check in to see if everything was okay. on arrival the staff were very helpful and the room was as described, spacious and clean with a welcome fruit platter and drinks in the minibar. the food in the main restaurant had a good selection and the waiters were always available to bring you drinks.

Arrival day at the hotel was the loudest and most disorganised i have ever experienced in my travels. The shouting in the lobby seemed like a local market. the check-in form initially had one room number and then changed to another when it was time to take our bags up. i realise that many families there are genuinely quite pleased with the place, but my expectations might have been too high.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice selection of food and drinks, I liked it. The location is close to the beach. It is also ten minutes to the airport or marina.

The rooms was not sound proofed. You can hear people on their balconies late at night, this is very annoying. I hear phones and conversations through walls. The hotel isn't very CLEAN.

friendly staff nice selection aqua games pool staff

i found the staff friendly (amber and alaa were amazing!). the food selection was nice, and there were drinks available everywhere i went. there were activities happening all day long for both kids and adults. i especially liked the aqua games they had for children and adults.

i noticed there weren't enough toilets by the pool and beach areas, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel offered multiple restaurants and bars, providing nice selections of food and drinks. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. I found the hotel's location quite convenient. It's close to the beach and only a short drive to the airport. I always felt secure .

I found that the air conditioning unit in my room was a bit noisy. It required earplugs to sleep comfortably.

I found the food excellent with a great variety. Fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes were available every day. There were both local specialties and international options. The room was cleaned daily.

The doors had a STUPID lock system for electricity. The balcony was very small. Cleaners did not remove glasses or plates away each day, this let them stack up until main clean day.
