Decent Stay, Some Issues

The pools were clean and provided good fun for kids.

The food was horrendous, causing stomach problems. I experienced heartburn every night and my wife got sick on our last day. This was definitely not the quality I would expect.

The staff was friendly and VERY helpful. The cleanliness impressed me. The rooms and public areas were Super clean. I really enjoyed the variety of pools and the convenient beach access. The all-inclusive nature felt luxurious.

There are multiple swimming pools available , including dedicated spaces suitable for both relaxation and family fun. The beach is easily accessible, only about 50 meters from the main resort area. The pools were beautifully maintained. The spaciousness was perfect for relaxation.

The hotel grounds are well maintained and provide many choices for pools and dining. Staff members were consistently polite. I appreciated the heated pools during the holiday season, a great addition. The beach area was also well kept, and the sea stretch was fine.

I encountered salespeople frequently while relaxing by the pool.

the hotel was clean, and that met my expectation for hygiene.

the kids club lacked structured activities, staff seemed disengaged. on one occasion, a child left unnoticed, this concerned me. the omelette station had hygiene issues, i was served meat even though i requested vegetarian.

The food was AMAZING!!! There was a wide variety of options. The rooms were also spacious and clean. The pools were beautifully maintained and perfect. They provided a serene atmosphere.

The elevators had issues. Two different elevators stopped while I was inside. I was stuck for ten minutes. I told the receptionists, but it was like a normal thing. The beach had many vendors wanting to sell tours. They approached often and made me uncomfortable.

This hotel is amazing! The territory is very big and the pools are large. I also enjoyed the long, wide beach. Friendly staff. I had a lot of fun with the animation team, especially the Pink Party!!!

I noticed a lack of variety in the food. It felt repetitive daily. I wish there were more diverse options.
