The pools were clean and provided good fun for kids.

The food was horrendous, causing stomach problems. I experienced heartburn every night and my wife got sick on our last day. This was definitely not the quality I would expect.

The hotel grounds are well maintained and provide many choices for pools and dining. Staff members were consistently polite. I appreciated the heated pools during the holiday season, a great addition. The beach area was also well kept, and the sea stretch was fine.

I encountered salespeople frequently while relaxing by the pool.

The food was AMAZING!!! There was a wide variety of options. The rooms were also spacious and clean. The pools were beautifully maintained and perfect. They provided a serene atmosphere.

I was stuck for ten minutes. I told the receptionists, but it was like a normal thing. The beach had many vendors wanting to sell tours. They approached often and made me uncomfortable.

This hotel is amazing! The territory is very big and the pools are large. I also enjoyed the long, wide beach. Friendly staff. I had a lot of fun with the animation team, especially the Pink Party!!!

I noticed a lack of variety in the food. It felt repetitive daily. I wish there were more diverse options.
