excellent servicebeach location
The resort features numerous restaurants. There is Italian, Chinese, Egyptian, Fish and International cuisine. I enjoyed the Cascade area. Ali Fouad, the manager, ensured excellent service. The beach has a lively and a quiet end.

The staff provided excellent service at all times. Mohamed Hassan checked on me to ensure my satisfaction! Mohamed Amer assisted with room reservations. I appreciated the wide selection of food offered daily. The various pools created options for both lively and quiet relaxation.

The front desk made me so welcome. Rooms got renewed perfectly. Its with great condition and excellent view. Cleaning was perfect. The housekeeping staff came to our room daily. They checked our rooms condition and I thought that was great.
The days were a bit windy sometimes. Power sockets do not work. It is good if you can upgrade your room.

The room i got, a standard room, was pretty worn. the furniture seemed old and the bathroom could really use an upgrade. also, the constant attempts to sell excursions around the pool became quite annoying. I just wanted to relax! they kept pushing boat trips, spa treatments, and all sorts of things.
