warm architecturerelaxing air conditioning
The architecture presents a warm style. The lobby is spacious and comfortable with relaxing air conditioning. We had free dinners at the a la carte restaurants five times . The Sanafir restaurant near the beach stands out, and the waiter, Milad, was very helpful and kind.
The music from the neighboring hotel disturbed the peace.

the hotel grounds were immaculate.
i found the main restaurant small and dingy.. the food choices were very limited. the tables were often filthy with food swept onto the floor by cleaners.

Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommended!

This was my first visit. The hotel grounds are kept immaculate. Pruning, cleaning, and general maintenance are done daily by a dedicated team. I found the staff consistently kind and always ready to assist. The food in all restaurants was very tasty and fresh, I especially recommend the seafood restaurant.
I noticed the sliding doors did not completely block outside noise.

The meals were amazing!!! The Lebanese restaurant and the seafood restaurant are definitely worth visiting. I tasted a wide variety of dishes. I appreciated the freshness of all ingredients used.

The main restaurant felt chaotic. I found it difficult to get a table without being jostled, and the buffet layout made it hard to navigate. The food temperature was inconsistent. Some dishes were cold, unfortunately, OTHERS were lukewarm. the staff seemed overwhelmed. It was hard to get their attention for drinks or assistance. Tables were not cleaned quickly enough, causing further delays, we hated it.

Staff at the reception provided great support. They helped me change my room to a swim-up after six days. Housekeeping kept rooms clean and tidy every day. All restaurants offered great service and delicious food.
Drinks sometimes lacked consistency. The same cocktail could vary in taste. This depended on the bartender.
