a hotel experience that surprised!
excellent beachfront smooth check-in
the hotel beachfront was excellent. two swimming pools offered nice relaxation. the rooms was clean and fairly large. check-in were smooth and i got a room upgrade.
i booked a airport pick up. the hotel driver was absent though. i had to get a taxi.

the staff were very professional in the restaurants and reception. mr tuva, the general manager, interacted well with all guests. dorca, the waitress at the restaurant, really looked after us .

there was a la carte and a buffet restaurant and i chose the a la carte. the food was excellent and well prepared there. cocktails were done well and were really good.

I was impressed by the meticulously maintained pool areas. A bar within the pool was a welcome treat. i found the beach bar an idyllic spot for early evening cocktails. the breakfast and dinner buffets featured a huge food selection, catering to every taste.
The room lacked privacy. It was on the ground floor. a room change was impossible. That was very disappointing.

the breakfast included a good choice, catering for all tastes. breakfast was good as i was able to eat overlooking the ocean. i found several excellent restaurants nearby.

the hotel offers two pools, lovely gardens, and grounds with many sun loungers. i appreciated the gym equipped with technogym equipment. evening entertainment was availablewith options for relaxation.

the location was lovely! it allowed direct access onto the beach. i found the hotel nicely laid out, with outdoor corners and green areas facing the sea for relaxation. the gardens were beautifully maintained.

i stayed in a standard room. the breakfast was delicious (especially the pancakes!). the chefs prepared various options. the staff were always cute and friendly.

the room was super clean (i really value cleanliness). the breakfast offered a great variety. the staff members were helpful and cute.
The service at the main restaurant seemed a bit biased towards tourists. i found many mosquitoes in my room. It made sleeping difficult. the wifi connection was weak and unreliable.
