The resort's architecture captivates with beautiful details. the zanzibar restaurant provided a superb dining experience. Chef shadrack's cooking skills were really good. the staff were always very kind and willing to help, it was like a fairy tale.

The staff seemed unprofessional. They weren't particularly warm.. it seemed like i had to coax them into exchanging pleasantries. i overheard them complaining about serving guests during the 4 pm tea break in swahili, thinking i wouldn't understand. the pool felt slimy. Many parts had growth , made the edges and center very slippery.

The resort features a beautiful architecture throughout the hotel. I enjoyed the tiered pools and gardens that create a serene atmosphere. The staff offered great help with transportation (even late at night).

The pool's edges felt a bit slimy at times.

the grounds feature wonderful design and multiple spots for relaxation. there is easy beach access near several restaurants. dinner at the zanzibar restaurant is an experience i recommend. the pools offer peaceful moments during the day and into the evening..

i just loved the architecture here, it feels very well planned. i enjoyed the barharini beach bar & restaurant. the staff there are friendly and the rooms is spacious.

the room cleaning takes hours every single day. i often come back to the room to find it still incomplete, and sometimes they forget to replace towels.
