admirable hotel stay
friendly staff excellent cleanliness varied food
i discovered the staff to be friendly and helpful. the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me. i found the variety of food options to be excellent, catering to various tastes, even offering themed nights. i especially liked the beach access.
i found that the drink service around the pool could have been more attentive. Often, i waited longer than expected for drink orders.

the room was spacious and well-kept. it featured a comfortable king-sized bed, a separate seating area, and a private balcony overlooking the gardens, i also appreciated the modern bathroom fixtures and daily housekeeping service.

The main restaurant presented a diverse buffet with fresh ingredients. A dedicated pasta station was available. a carving station offered daily specials. the themed restaurants, including italian and asian options, provided a refined dining experience.

varied meals attentive staff excellent omelette
i found the food selection excellent with many appealing meals available. mustaffa mohamed mohamed faussia and mohamed omar were excellent i always sat in their area i was. salim made me a chilli omelette every day it was a great way to start the day.
some repairs seemed to be underway at times it was a little distracting

Really good stay!
direct access great attention
I stayed in a swim-up room, and i LOVED having direct access to the pool. the room was also very spacious. It contained a mini-fridge restocked daily with water and soft drinks. the staff were always helpful and quick to respond to requests. i really appreciated their ATTENTION to detail.
The gym equipment could use some updating. A couple of treadmills were out of order. the process for reserving a spot at the specialty restaurant was somewhat cumbersome. i think they can improve restaurant reservation system.

the hotel offers multiple swimming pools, each with a distinct atmosphere, and i noticed lifeguards are consistently present at all the pools. the gym has several cardio machines and a selection of free weights. it is open from early morning until late in the evening. there are also tennis courts available .

The main buffet restaurant has themed nights, and i saw a different cuisine featured each evening. the a la carte restaurants offer a diverse culinary experience. A reservation is required, so planning ahead is advisable. i was impressed to find several bars and lounges offering various beverages.

my room included a king-size bed, and i slept VERY well, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. the bathroom features a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries that were replenished daily. i also observed the housekeeping service maintains a high cleanliness standard.

the hotel is near several local shops and restaurants. there is direct beach access, which i used, and it makes it easy to enjoy the Red Sea. the hotel offers easy access to diving and snorkeling locations.

mixed experience, some issues noted
limited seating removed belongings
i was annoyed by the limited seating around the main pool. by 8 am, every lounger was taken. we couldn't sit together as a family . security removed our belongings one morning. the hotel said towels before 7:30 am were removed, but this rule wasn't posted anywhere.

amazing resort with great service!
friendly staff excellent food spacious pool area big rooms
the staff was very friendly. the buffet restaurant had excellent food choices and a variety of options. i especially enjoyed the themed nights. the pools were spacious (i loved the kids pool!). the rooms were big and clean. i would definitely consider coming back.
the wifi was a little spotty in certain areas of the resort (but i didn't mind, it was a good excuse to disconnect!).
