i found my stay quite satisfactory. the grounds were well kept. the multiple pools offered ample space for relaxation and recreation. staff members were consistently helpful, addressing my needs quickly. i particularly enjoyed the convenience of having several dining options on site.
the wifi signal was unreliable , and sometimes it made working remotely difficult.

the reception staff provided prompt assistance with check-in. the concierge efficiently arranged transportation. daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. staff addressed requests quickly , always with a smile.

I stayed in a Club Double or Twin Room. It had amazing space. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed! I really loved the breakfast. The selection of fresh fruit juices was fine (.. ) The staff was always smiling and happy to help. Mahmoud was a special standout. He ensured I had the best experience.

I found that the staff were eager to help and very professional. The room cleaning service kept our room tidy, attending to our needs, such as water, very efficiently. I was impressed with the service in Al Fresco restaurant. The Al Fresco restaurant personnel took excellent care of us.
The resort IS showing its age. it needs some work done. Especially the rooms seem outdated.

i found the club double or twin room quite spacious. it had a large balcony with a fine sea view, but we loved the pool! the pool area at the club house is quiet. it's much less busy. the private beach was great too.
the wifi inside and outside the room was, however, very patchy.

The hotel location allows easy access to coral reefs. This made snorkeling VERY convenient. The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was also excellent.
The swimming pool was not heated, as advertised online. Many staff members, outside housekeeping and reception, were not helpful. I asked for assistance with a problem, but they refused.
