The room was spacious. It featured two separate sleeping areas (perfect for families). The walk-in shower had strong water pressure. Fresh towels were delivered daily by Mohamed.
The gym did not open until 9 am. The white wine was barely drinkable. Some staff seemed annoyed when asked for something.

i adored that our family room garden view had two separate sinks! it made getting ready together in the mornings simple. the rainfall shower always offered a tender experience after a day at the aquapark. the plentiful bottled water was a treasure after each outing!
the gym only had a limited amount of equipment.

The family room garden view featured very spacious accommodations. it included fresh bedding daily, without fail. ahmed cleaned our room. He arranged maintenance to come to inspect the balcony door when it got stiff.

The main pool was a decent size. There was no need to get up early for a sunbed. my family enjoyed the waterpark. it provided a wide range of activities for all ages. It was perfect!

I discovered there were multiple dining options. the main restaurant had a lot of selection, though the food area is small. i found dining at the sealife restaurant calmer. It had a better atmosphere.

The staff maintained immaculate grounds. Gardeners and cleaners worked very hard! osama and andrew at the reception guided us throughout our stay. mahmud welcomed us with genuine kindness, we seemed like vip guests!

The water park closed for two hours in the middle of the day THAT was annoying. The hours should definitely be extended because who wants to leave the pool during peak sun time? Plus. Finding a waiter who understood pouring canned drinks into a glass without charging extra took way too long. it shouldn't be SUCH a hassle

The food was repetitive, and it got OLD quickly. There wasn't much variety, and it was like i was eating the same thing every day, disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and very clean thanks to muhammed. I had a gold wrist band. It allowed access to more bars. The buffet at sea view was calmer. I enjoyed the teppanyaki and lebanese grill a lot. Each offered good food.

The front office staff were very attentive. They managed requests quickly. The restaurant teams were very helpful, and they provided efficient service. I ALWAYS saw smiles from the staff.
