The staff members were cute and professional. They were always eager to assist. The resort itself is very beautiful and meticulously maintained! The rooms were super clean and well-appointed! They included everything needed for a peaceful stay. The pools and beach area was perfect.

My room featured two comfortable queen beds and crisp linens. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. It also included plush towels. A large, furnished balcony provided ample space.

i had a great visit at this resort. kerolos and arnia at the reception were very helpful. they ensured my check-in was smooth. the housekeeping team was great. my room remained clean . i also enjoyed the drinks from farid, the barman.

the gym equipment appears a bit old. the treadmills made a strange noise during use.

the staff were helpful at times.

i wasn't informed about ongoing building work. there was noise throughout the day. i wouldn't consider staying here again until the works are finished.
