heated pools special service nice staff
i was impressed with the heated pools. the water temperature allowed swimming in january. melania at burger boulevard gave special service. mahmoud abdul fatteh was nice.

a stay with some drawbacks

helpful staff heated pools live entertainment broken speaker poor food dissatisfied guests
the staff was helpful. the pools were heated. there was live entertainment every day too.
the jacuzzi speaker in the suite did not work. i informed the hotel, but it wasn't fixed. the food was not good. many guests seemed dissatisfied.

Wonderful Stay at This Stylish Resort!

a la carte dining lively party
A standout aspect is the availability of a la carte dining in multiple restaurants. It was refreshing to choose from diverse menus instead of a standard buffet. The all-white theme throughout the resort created a chic and cohesive aesthetic, especially during the lively pool parties.
The music played constantly throughout the day was quite loud. It sometimes made relaxing difficult, even in designated quiet areas.

The hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby coral reefs. Access was simple. The crystal-clear waters are AMAZING!!!

The reception team provided great customer service throughout my stay. Staff members, including Mahmoud and Mohamed, were very helpful and kind. They addressed all my requests quickly and efficiently.
