I found the beach very sandy and pure. The room was very clean. I liked that the desserts offered varieties in every meal. The lunch had many options and tasted GREAT!!!
The gym was okay. the equipment could use a slight upgrade. The mini bar was fine, but it would be better with some new furniture. Some areas of the hotel really need better air conditioning.

the food was really good the range of options for every meal was quite amazing. our room was clean the bed was so comfortable. every time it was cleaned we were left towel art it was very nice.
our rooms were not ready on arrival we had to wait 30 minutes. the receptionist gave us only one key card for each room in an envelope he did not even ask if we needed another one and you need a key card to turn on some of the lights and the ac in the room.

I had a really warm welcome while checking in. i received a beautiful sea view room. the room had a fine view (i enjoyed it!). the main buffet restaurant had a huge selection of food. All was delicious.
the alcoholic drinks were not the best quality. the cocktails had limited quality and choices. these beverages were not the best, but if you ask for more alcohol, you will get it.

the main restaurant offered a diverse buffet with many choices. fresh lattes were available every morning at the buffet. a la carte restaurants served superb meals with great service.

the hotel has an excellent standard of rooms, food and staff. the staff were very attentive. i visit this hotel regularly and could not recommend it more. the service was great. i look forward to return to what feels like my second home.
the pool jacuzzis were dirty. the water was scummy. these jacuzzis needed chlorine and cleaning. i only used the jacuzzis once.

i appreciated the cleanliness and friendly staff. the food was amazing, a really great selection (loved the barbecue!). my room was cleaned well every day, hassan kept it super clean. i found fresh orange juice always available.

The reception staff was prompt and concerned about my comfort. the cleaning staff was attentive. Hassan arranged and cleaned my room very well. the waiters in the restaurant were always on top of their game.

I saw hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the hotel. They were fully operational. the public restrooms were super tidy. the hotel features a heated pool, a nice addition during cooler months.
