The staff was helpful. Mahmoud at reception upgraded our room to a pool view without charge. he also found my son's lost goggles using the security cameras. Plus, he prepared lunch bags for us after check-out. the entire staff was cheerful and consistently ready to assist.

The reps offering excursions around the sunbeds never stopped approaching. Basem from the quad bikes was impolite after we declined. they do not respect the red flag given to guests for asking privacy. The constant interruptions were annoying

The resort offers direct access to the beach, though limited swimming area there is! a carrefour supermarket is accessible behind the resort for purchasing gifts. Plus, the airport is nearby.

the hotel's cleanliness impressed me. the rooms are clean, a team always ensures it. i also enjoyed heated clean pools a LOT. sitting at the sea felt private and comfortable, a real plus!

I only wish the mini bar got restocked more frequently. It's meant to happen weekly with soft drinks, but that didn't occur for me.

The fitness facilities include good pools and a well-equipped gym, perfect for maintaining a workout routine even while traveling. the pools are clean. They are heated and suitable for both adults and kids all day long.

i appreciated the helpfulness of the reception desk staff. mr mahmoud remained in close contact . he used every opportunity to ensure my stay was comfortable. mr mark, the reception head, was responsive and professional.

the hotel was overcrowded, it was impossible to find sunbeds by the pool. all sunbeds were crammed together, this left hardly any space to walk. the restaurant was very noisy because there were too many people and finding a table was hard

the reception team was very cute. i had an all-inclusive package and the buffet had a good variety of tasty dishes. the rooms were consistently clean, so my stay was pleasant. all staff members were kind and professional which enhanced my experience.

The hotel had several pools, including a heated option for cooler days. there were also dedicated kids' areas and an aqua park, all supervised by attentive lifeguards. It not sketchy at all. the gym featured treadmills and weight machines, and towels were readily available.
