Really good Hotel Experience

The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes for fitness enthusiasts. I appreciated the availability of multiple dining options with diverse cuisines. The lazy river was relaxing and well-kept (I spent a lot of time there!).

The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the resort.

My suite featured a spacious seating area with a comfortable couch and a well-stocked minibar refilled daily with snacks and drinks. The blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep, and the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower.

Really good Service and Fine Facilities

The staff were very courteous, especially Hani from the restaurant! Elsawy provided perfect service around the pool. The outdoor area was beautiful. It was clean and well maintained. I also found the beds comfortable, so I plan to return next time!

The WiFi signal was weak sometimes. It made it hard to stream videos.

the staff were friendly and always ready to help. rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. the grounds and gardens are really good. there was a wide variety of foods available, and the cleanliness met the highest standards. (peter 'harry maguire' younan in the lobby bar deserves a special mention).

i found the wifi connection to be one of the worst i have ever seen. the connection intermittently dropped. the bandwidth wasn't enough to even make a whatsapp call without being disconnected every 30 seconds. this issue persisted even after receiving 'special' credentials from the it team.

the main restaurant offers a diverse array of dishes, catering to many tastes, with other restaurants providing high standards for dinner, especially at tanga beach restaurant and s square teppanyaki. breakfast had a wide selection of fruits, cold cuts, and cheeses.
