the resort included multiple pools for various activities. the main restaurant offered a wide range of food options. the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the beach area had plenty of loungers and shaded spots for relaxation.
the resort map was sometimes hard to read due to its small size.

the staff at the reception provided quick assistance with check-in. daily housekeeping ensured a consistently clean room. the waiters in the main dining area were attentive during meals. the bell service promptly handled luggage.

a mixed bag of experiences
poor soundproofinglimited breakfast
the rooms i stayed in needs an update. the furniture appear old and the soundproofing was poor. i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. breakfast felt quite limited. i expect better from a supposed five-star resort.

the resort grounds were pretty well maintained and made the place quite attractive. i will give them that.
the food was very repetitive. breakfast and lunch offered limited variation. most evenings, the theme changed, but it was essentially the same dish with different spices. it was boring! also, i found reception pretty unhelpful, i am not sure if it was a language barrier.

the resort grounds have lovely pools and direct beach access. the main buffet restaurant has varied, fresh food. the palm restaurant had great staff, especially mina. the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing vacation!!!
the wifi was spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected.

The reception staff provided efficient service upon arrival. I found the main restaurant to offer attentive service and friendly staff. Mr Milad stood out for his positive attitude. The food selection at the Sandbar was fresh. It provided a convenient option for quick snacks during the day.
The building's architecture somewhat obstructed the beach view.
