The breakfast buffet provides Multiple Choices. I especially liked the selection of breads and Bakery items. There were Fruits and Juices available.
Regulating the water temperature in the shower was difficult. It fluctuated unexpectedly.

The location was central. It was across from the Egyptian Museum. The rooms were VERY clean and maintained well. The staff was helpful and courteous. Most staff members understood English, a plus.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. I received phone calls from Guest Relations, asking about my stay and if any help was required, a GREAT touch. The attentiveness of staff added to an experience. Fareeda from guest relation was awesome!!!

We stayed in the capital suite and the rooms are huge. The view from the living room faces the city. The mini bar was stocked with complimentary items. The bed was very comfortable. The washroom was also very nice.
The hotel looks different than the photos. The level of hygiene needs improvement. The rooms are old and the furniture needs to be updated.

The hotel is located in the city center and it is ideal for exploring many local restaurants. It is a very short walk to the Egyptian Museum. The area is bustling with activity both day and night.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
constant noise no room change
The staff was friendly and helpful (which I appreciated).
My room faced a busy street, so I experienced constant noise. Beeping from traffic continued all night, severely impacting my sleep. I requested a room change but was told nothing was available. The hotel should improve its soundproofing or offer quieter rooms.
