buggy service patient staff bathroom privacy missing hooks
the hotel staff showed kindness to disabled guests i appreciated the buggy service around the complex due to the steps the buggy drivers were patient and friendly
the bathroom setup lacked privacy the rooms didn't seem thoroughly cleaned daily there were no hooks for towels i found that frustrating especially when traveling with multiple people
