helpful staff stocked minibar delicious food
the staff was always ready to assist, especially at reception. the room included a stocked minibar, convenient. breakfast featured many delicious food options. the hotel taxi made travel simple.
i had some trouble connecting to the wifi! the signal was spotty at times.

the rooftop pool offered a constant depth of approximately four feet and was heated. a nearby spa featured a steam room and jacuzzi! it also included a sauna, massage rooms, showers, lockers and a change room.

the reception team provided prompt, courteous answers to questions regarding bookings. the housekeeping team, including mahmoud and ibrahim, delivered perfect room service. staff members offered assistance with logging onto the wifi. they were attentive to our needs.

Adequate Stay at River-View Hotel

breakfast options central location helpful staff small pool poor gym uncomparable experience
The breakfast here includes many options, I found it quite nice. The location is central, it gives easy access to many points of interest. Staff in the executive lounge impressed me. They were kind. The hotel had security service to the Pyramids and Bazaar, I considered it an additional, valuable touch.
The pool on the rooftop is small, I feel. The gym is not very big and looks poor. The hotel can't compare with a Kempinski in other countries, I am sad.
