the breakfast had a large assortment of choices and it was delicious it was a great way to start the morning
the check-in took almost one hour a luxury hotel should be quicker i found stains and grime in the shower this raised concerns about hygiene they provided partially used toiletries also i only had one face towel

The hotel offered several dining options. I found that the terrace restaurant was particularly pleasant. I saw that the rooms provide amazing views of the Nile RIVER!!! I noted that the hotel has direct access to boat tours.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway.

The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection. The staff were cheerful. Nearby entertainment was attractive. The hotel is conveniently located.
The room had only one face towel. Someone knocked on my door to deliver water bottles I did not order. I found a dirty mug in my room. This had residue inside.

I enjoyed the river view from my room. the hotel restaurants offered tasty choices. i appreciated the room's generous space and its family friendly design. the consistent security checks on every vehicle entering the premises. It was not a bother!
The air conditioning seemed a little weak in some areas of the hotel. the cleanliness was great, but maybe they could improve even more. Still a minor thing, though.

the fitness center featured updated equipment with several treadmills plus stationary bikes. a large outdoor pool area included ample loungers and also shaded sections. these facilities were well maintained, and accessible.
