the room rate felt excessively high. i feel like i was owed some kind of explanation for the extra fees, night shift employees are bandits and thugs. something definitely needs a bit of a look.

The hotel location worked well for me. it was close to several attractions. breakfast was a good start to my days and had freshly squeezed oranges. the staff was helpful. They accommodated my request for a late checkout.
my bathroom did have a sewer smell. i kept the door closed. the towels are clean, but they felt rough. the ventilation in the bathroom was dusty and dust fell when it ran.

The location was decent. It was convenient to get around the area.
The mattress was TOO firm. I did NOT sleep well. My room faced the street. Traffic noise was constant. Windows should have provided better soundproofing, but they didn't.
