The breakfast buffet was excellent (especially the pastries). i appreciated the bellboy service upon arrival. the rooms were very clean. Fatma said kept my room tidy .

i noticed the taxi services had some difficulty reaching the hotel.

The staff was not consistently friendly. Some seemed indifferent. I asked for extra towels but they never arrived. The toilet in my room would not flush properly, a significant inconvenience.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the premises. The service felt both great. food quality was quite good. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection with an omelet station (the omelets are freshly made). there was a salad bar, hot dishes, various breads, pastries, and pancakes.

the hotel is fairly close to the star central mall, great for an easy walk. it is convenient to reach restaurants from here. i found that it was not too far from the airport, which eased travel arrangements.

the room was very clean. the furnishings had great quality. i particularly admired the attention to detail and the lighting arrangements.

The pool looked very shabby. the laundry guy. the lobby had NO view whatsoever. I didn't feel like i was on holiday once I come into the hotel.
