the location was convenient , close to many attractions.

the room felt dated , apply the furniture showed wear and tear. also , the air conditioning was noisy , apply it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. i was disappointed that the promised amenities were subpar.

the pyramid view from my beautiful room pyramid view was amazing. i watched the sunrise from my balcony each morning (i felt so lucky!). the staff showed really good friendliness, especially mohamed at the front desk, and even upgraded my room.

The location is quite good for seeing the Pyramids. Breakfast had many choices.

I was annoyed that the reception lady was impolite at check-in. I had planned and paid for our entire trip (I used my own name for the reservation). She spoke only to my husband and referred to me as Mrs Husband's name.

the hotel offered fantastic pyramid views from my room (i stayed for 3 nights). i found the breakfast excellent and it included a variety of options. the hotel is located conveniently close to the grand egyptian museum. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests.

i found that the balcony doors were not very soundproof. this meant there was noticeable street noise especially from the nearby highway. the constant honking was quite disruptive during both day and night.

the hotel features two swimming pools, which offer a relaxing way to cool off. there is an italian a la carte restaurant on the premises. a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use.

the hotel is situated directly across the street from the grand egyptian museum and close to the pyramids. a short taxi ride can get you to the entrance of the museum, however, there is no direct pedestrian access from the hotel.
