My room, an executive suite, was super clean and big. The gardens are nice. I could walk around for hours looking at the trees and flowers. The hotel even has a golf cart. It got me everywhere around the site super quick.

The hotel staff did not tell me where all the restaurants were located on the premises. It was disappointing.

i am so happy, the on-site restaurants was good. i found a mosque for gomaa prayers, i think thats great! the bakery had the best bread and there a supermarket next the cinema, so convenient.

the bedroom didnt fully match the pictures online, i think its fair to say.

The staff were always ready to help with any request.. our room was spacious and clean, with modern decor and comfortable furnishings. i enjoyed the variety of food options available. The hotel offers several restaurants and cafes. the gardens are extensive and well kept.

the hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

The room was not clean upon arrival. the reception staff was often unresponsive and unhelpful, it took many calls to get through, and requests were often ignored. i also found the room service to be slow and the food arrived cold. This made dining inconvenient.
