inconsistent experience

My check-in was rough. It took way too long. the receptionist didn't give me much information about the hotel. later, getting a simple request for an extra bed sorted out felt impossible. I had to call repeatedly with no answer. this contrasts with the usual high standards i expect.

The food was fresh. it featured good quality and variety. i particularly enjoyed the fresh desserts. the hotel offers great facilities. There is gold's gym along with an outdoor gym. spa facilities are available too.

The pools were often very crowded. i observed no rules or supervision implemented. children were jumping, also spraying water guns. It was difficult to relax there.

the hotel has three pools. two pools are heated for guest comfort. there are multiple restaurants on the premises. kids areas provide entertainment for families with children. the location is great because it features a beautiful mediterranean frontline.

incorrect drinks

Most of the staff did not speak English. I had to wait over 20 minutes to order drinks. After another 10 minutes, the drinks arrived, but they were incorrect. I'm really disappointed.
