Great Indoor Pool and Good Food

The indoor pool was warm and relaxing. I found it a welcome escape. Dinner offered many choices. Portions were generous, and the food tasted good. The staff seemed very friendly .
I struggled a little with the AC in my room. I couldn't control it well, and it got too hot sometimes, especially at night. A better system would be a plus.

the indoor pool was open until 10 pm, so a late-night swim was possible (i took full advantage!).
The room felt a bit damp. I noticed a musty smell, especially in the bathroom. the shower drain was slow too. Water pooled up a bit, which wasn't ideal. also, one morning, i was woken up by noise in the hallway. It seems soundproofing isn't a strong point.

The rooms were fantastic, clean. they felt spacious. beds were super comfortable, and there were different pillows to choose from, perfect for a great night's sleep! i loved the indoor pool. It offered a great escape from the heat. i could easily avoid the other guests and relax, so quiet!

rusty machinesterrible soundproofing
I found the gym quite disappointing. It only had three rusty cardio machines located in a hallway. despite the rooms being nice, the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything happening with other guests. i wasn't able to sleep through the night because of the noise in the hallway. also, they didn't refill the shower gel or water bottles even after i asked.
