breakfast chaos inconvenient cups
the breakfast was chaotic most mornings. staff struggled to replenish items, especially cutlery (i found myself waiting several times). also, i was frustrated that bottled water wasn't consistently replaced in the room and the small cups by the water machine were inconvenient. this felt cheap and not very environmentally conscious.

comfortable room super clean room friendly staff helpful staff exploring island building work weekday noise machine coffee unpleasant machine coffee lukewarm food
the room was super comfortable and clean. it proved perfect for unwinding after days exploring the island. the staff were really friendly and helpful, always there when i needed something.
lots of building work was happening near the hotel. this meant there was noise on weekdays, not really ideal. i also noted the coffee from the machine was not nice. the hot food was often lukewarm and dried out too, a bit of a shame.

allergy information attentive staff
the breakfast had excellent gluten-free options and allergy information for all buffet items. i found the staff to be really nice (always ready to assist).
lots of building work occurs near the hotel, so there was noise on weekdays.
