slow breakfast dim lighting

the hotel location was acceptable, placing me close to the city center.

The breakfast service was slow. I waited a long time for my order to arrive. the juice tasted artificial and too sweet. the room lighting was dim, it made reading difficult at night.

the breakfast was plentiful and offered many choices.

I noticed a strong musty smell in the room. also the bathroom was small and not very functional. It was hard to move around in. there was no proper desk for working either, inconvenient.

the staff was attentive to our needs. i found the location convenient to explore the city. the breakfast included cooked-to-order options, i liked that a lot.

The room i had lacked sufficient soundproofing. street noise was noticeable at night. That was annoying. the bathroom had limited counter space. the selection of tv channels was limited. It was disappointing.

Really good Hotel Experience

large room great location easy access

Simona was very helpful. She assisted with our luggage on arrival. The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was great (I especially liked the fresh pastries!). We found that the hotel's central location allowed easy access to attractions.

The bathroom lacked a convenient outlet. This made using the hairdryer a bit difficult.
