The staff at this hotel are helpful. They assisted me with directions and other requests I had. My room included modern decor and it was super clean. I also found the air conditioning worked effectively (it kept the room cool on hot days). The location of the hotel is convenient.

the breakfast was amazing with a great selection. i found excellent bus connections nearby allowing me to easily visit many places. the staff members were particularly helpful and friendly. plenty of great restaurants are also located in the area.

this noise was very disruptive especially as i was staying on a high floor and it was hard to sleep.

The location was excellent with convenient bus stops nearby. Many shops and restaurants surrounded the hotel, very helpful. I liked the nice smell of the shower gel and body lotion available in the room. the room included nice lights.

The breakfast had varied fresh products. The hotel location is ideal, close to bus stops. The employees WERE really helpful and kind. I enjoyed my time there.

I called reception immediately after settling in, I asked for slippers because the floor was tiled. They said they had none available, ALL had been taken, I'd get a pair the NEXT day. I don't recommend the hotel after this experience.
