slow servicebad coffee
The check-in process felt disorganized. i waited WAY too long. the general upkeep also needs attention, like the rust on the balcony. also, the breakfast quality was underwhelming. THE coffee was especially bad. It was like they didn't even try.

the staff are super attentive and provided a fabulous experience. we will definitely be returning next year. super relaxing vibes are throughout the hotel and our room was modern. our room had everything we needed. the spa was superb. I totally recommend it!
the only slight negative i noticed is the entertainment needs to be more upbeat. this would encourage people to stay out longer. i think it's an easy fix.

The staff offered prompt assistance with any requests. The front desk efficiently managed check-in and check-out, greatly contributing to my seamless and enjoyable experience. their responsiveness was excellent.

luxurious spaattentive servicefood variety
the spa felt luxurious. it had services similar to those in high-end spas. the food offered variety, ensuring i found something to my liking. bouraoui, the waiter, offered attentive service during my dinners, he were pretty good too.
the wi-fi connection was somewhat inconsistent at times.
