the staff were friendly, showing willingness to help. i liked our suitewith a communal living space and two bedrooms. everything was so clean. i found the grounds beautiful.
the television offered limited channels, which did not meet my expectations. i found that the food taste has potential for improvement. the hotel amenities are LACKING, i think.

Amazing Experience!

I felt relaxed. The manager and staff offered really good service. The dinner buffet featured a wide variety of dishes. It satisfied my palate. The villa was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the comforts. Thanks to manager Khaled Slimani!

The staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. I really liked the beach it was excellent. The architecture is nice with soothing color schemes so relaxing.
I noticed that we had no hot water for two days that was an issue. The breakfast buffet was the same for both days I was there. The reception sent maintenance twice they told us that the problem was fixed it wasn't

The staff was friendly and helpful .
I encountered a significant issue with the room's cleanliness. There were hairs in the bathroom and on the bed upon arrival. the food was okay, but it was the same every day, or leftovers from the previous day.
