mixed feelings regarding this stay

inconvenient ac parking transparency

the ac required frequent resets, a major inconvenience during the hot days. parking was a problem. i find that this hotel should be more transparent about limited parking nearby. locating a spot took considerable time and caused unnecessary stress.

The staff was very cute. they offered refreshments upon arrival. the rooms were clean. It did not disappoint.

this hotel is in old town. it has no parking. the hotel recommended parking at the east ditch parking lot though it is a ten minute walk away.

welcome drink elegant interior

The staff welcomed me with a complimentary drink, it was a nice touch. The room's interior design was elegant and matched the overall aesthetic, I liked it. The bathroom layout was also very functional! I found the service very attentive.

The TV in my room didn't work for a few days, though I told housekeeping.

staff attentiveness clean rooms parking distance cancellation issue

the staffs attentiveness was very good. the team did not hesitate to offer refreshments at arrival. the rooms were clean, so i wasn't dissapointed.

the hotel should clearly communicate that it is impossible to find parking at foot distance during high season evenings. we wanted to cancel our stay after searching for a parking space for hours. it was not possible.
