i enjoyed the breakfast selections that were based on local greek cretan cuisine! they also had european options in buffet selections. the staff always welcomed me with a big smile. the room was really comfortable, a true delight!

the staff IS kind and well-trained. my room was very nice and neat. breakfast had a diverse range of options and food is always fresh.

The pool areA was misleading and very small. You could not even swim. the gym facilities were very basic and not electronic so was hard to use. there was a LOT of noise outside the hotel. Some pre-warning could have been nice.

The hotel staff showed genuine care . Mira provided excellent cocktail recommendations and opened the rooftop for sunbathing. Nadia greeted guests warmly at breakfast each morning. Sofia offered great dinner recommendations and remembered us throughout our stay.

The gym equipment felt quite basic, requiring some effort to use effectively.
