the staff demonstrated great friendliness and maintained a positive attitude. the location is very convenient. the beach offered a wonderful experience. the hotel provides numerous facilities. i found the employees at the reception unbelievably friendly. the location by the beach was excellent.
the hotel looks a bit older, though it adds a nostalgic charm, but some areas could benefit from updates.

The food was excellent. I found a very good selection. The environment at the hotel was also excellent. The animation program stood out. It provided great entertainment throughout the day.
The air conditioning did not get as cool as i would have liked. Drink selection was somewhat limited. The hotel was fully booked. I found that impacted service at times.

the staff at the reception and in the restaurant were cute and helpful.
i found the rooms to be quite dated. they showed signs of wear and tear. the air conditioning wasn't working properly , made sleeping difficult.

The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool area provided ample space for relaxation. The beach access was convenient and well-kept. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food variety ensured there was always something appealing. I appreciated the evening entertainment options, providing engaging activities.
The wifi signal in the room was occasionally weak. It made streaming difficult at times. I would have liked a stronger and more consistent connection.
