The reception staff ensured smooth check-in. Aziz from Guest Relations offered us dinner upon our late arrival. This action was very considerate. The room was super clean with fresh linens. The food provided various choices for all tastes..

i really appreciated that the staff was helpful! from reception to bar staff, cleaners and restaurant staff were amazing. lots of activities were available during the day. evening entertainment suitable for all ages was great! i will be returning soon

the hotel public areas are amazing, like the pool, terrace, and gardens, though, it isn't a true 5-star. the rooms are spotlessly clean! but need a complete refurbishment with outdated decor and a tatty-looking bathroom.

The pools are big. I noticed they were not cleaned daily, so there was some sand on the bottom! the corridors to the rooms were also not cleaned often, and vents had a slight sewage smell.

staff members provided excellent service! our room cleaner was especially amazing, and some waiters were ready to ensure your cup was never empty. the lifeguards were always ready to help with sun loungers and umbrellas, which i appreciated a lot.

The staff were attentive to every detail. the food was delicious with a variety of fresh options and specialities. the rooms were modern, clean, spacious, and made with great taste. We had a double room partial sea view. the location was great. the hotel is amazing though the beach was not very clean.

one very minor issue was that the gym equipment was slightly outdated.

The reception staff ensured check-in was smooth. Aziz from Guest Relations kindly offered dinner upon late arrival. The room service kept our accommodations immaculate with fresh linens. We loved the breakfast.. especially the fresh pastries.

I encountered an issue with the in-room safe not functioning correctly. This required a call to maintenance and a delay in securing my valuables. It was an inconvenience I hope can be prevented .

The food selection was great. I especially enjoyed the themed dining options (Italian and Tunisian). Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The location made it simple to walk to the nearby area (a big plus for me!).

Our room smelled damp upon arrival. The air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the floor (it was quite a mess). The hairdryer sounded like it was about to catch fire when used. The front desk staff suggested I buy my own new hairdryer (very unexpected).

poor communications

I went to the reception multiple times to complain. Each time, the staff said the workers had left (they had not!). They later offered an upgrade for an extra fee. The communications were poor (this was upsetting).
