faulty room keys tiny closet

the room keys failed to work on my initial day. i found a lack of drawers, and the closet space was surprisingly small. extra hangers i requested did not fit, and the toilet lacked a sink. these issues detracted from the experience.

This hotel has comfortable beds. I found the location convenient, near Gare St Lazare and St Augustin metro stops. I appreciated the friendliest staff. Everyday I was greeted by someone nice. One morning I had to leave the hotel early and they provided a take-out breakfast.

the room keys stopped working on the first day. There was no drawers in the room. the closet was tiny and no space to put anything down in the bathroom. i asked for extra hangers, they brought some that didn't even fit in the closet.

The bathroom was modern and updated. towel warmers were present in the bathroom. The strong WiFi was appreciated. i also had little gifts in the room and a balcony.

ALL the staff we encountered were helpful and lovely. Breakfast was really good and offered many options. The hotel is steps from Saint Lazare. The location was perfect for visiting Normandy. it also had metro lines to many tourist attractions.

The suite with sofa I booked was amazing. Both the main bed and sofa bed were huge!!! The bathroom area was very spacious. The shower was powerful!!! Little gifts in the room were a lovely touch, and we also had a balcony.
