I appreciated the central location. It was seconds from the center. the room was spacious, with high-quality bath products. the breakfast was fantastic!!!

the restaurant and bar were unavailable because of decoration. i was unhappy i was not told this in advance. i feel that i payed for a 5-star hotel, but it was basically a bb.

the location was very central. i walked to many places from there. the staff was super accommodating and helpful. i loved the macarons and wine i found upon arrival.

i don't have any negative feedback. everything i experienced was lovely.

this hotel has very clean and beautiful rooms i stayed in. the staff promptly took my car to the car park and brought it back. the minibar was free and refilled daily with both water and drinks. i found the beds to be super comfy and always clean at this hotel.

I found that the hotel had limited à la carte breakfast options. It became a bit repetitive after two days

The hotel is centrally located , but the service was inconsistent. My room cleaning only happened after I requested it. I have not experienced this in similar hotels. Check-out lacked any personal touch . The staff did not inquire about my stay.

The staff was polite. They welcomed me with wine and macarons upon arrival in my Grand Beautiful room. The room was spacious and beautiful. I found all the details in the interior unique.

I noticed rooms were cleaned only upon request, something I had never seen in a hotel of this level.

The location is perfect. The room featured a good size bed. The shower offered nice soaps. The room had a lovely attention to details. Breakfast included many options.

I requested facial tissue which was run out. The request was acknowledged. No one delivered the tissue. With this price, guests can find better service elsewhere.
