quiet gem stay

themed decor helpful staff

the hotel had themed decor. my room was very clean and well maintained. the reception staff were helpful with all my questions. breakfast included many options.

the room felt a little warm and air conditioning seemed limited. i opened the window instead, but smoke from the entrance drifted in. i wish the ac controls was easier.

cramped room unclear instructions

my room felt quite cramped it was a cozy queen single room. maneuvering around the furniture proved difficult at times. also, the television remote lacked clear instructions. i struggled to use it effectively without any guidance. a simpler remote or a brief guide would have helped.

Fantastic stay, good

easy travel nice staff rose petals

The hotel location was great for seeing many sights. The tram was just half a block. I found my room ready early and the staff were nice. I also enjoyed rose petals on my bed, it was for my anniversary.

My room did felt a little small.

Breakfast featured a menu with choices and a continental buffet. Half price cocktails were a treat in the early evenings. There is also a restaurant next door that offer authentic food.

My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The soft down blanket and pillows helped make for a sound sleep. There was also espresso machine in the room and I appreciated the comfortable mattress.

The hotel is close to the city center and public transport. I was able to easily walk to many museums. The S-bahn was also very close, providing quick access to many areas of interest.

christmas market polite staff delicious breakfast

The breakfast had amazing options and was really delicious. the staff was lovely. They gave us useful information about public transport. the location was great. It was near christmas markets.
