The room was a premium guestroom! it had large glass windows offering amazing views. i found the bathtub wonderful. It helped me relax after a long day, the tower is amazing too.

The hotel is a bit of a maze. it was annoying to navigate. I often got turned around. i think it should be re-designed.

the staff showed amazing kindness and was helpful. the room service proved prompt and efficient. the room itself was both spacious and well kept. the shower had perfect temperature. the bed allowed me to get a very good night's rest.

i encountered a slight inconvenience with the bathroom sliding door. it didn't completely close thus compromising privacy a bit.

The breakfast offered a view from the upper floors and polite staff, though follow-up on requests seemed to be a challenge.

I found the room somewhat lacking. It lacked complimentary water, coffee, or tea, oddly absent given the room rate.. Cleanliness also seemed a bit off, with some worn-out furniture.
