the hotel is well located within walking distance of major sites.
The executive room on the 7th floor had small, high windows. there was no view except the sky. restocking of room amenities was inconsistent. This included water, bath towels, coffee, and milk.

The staff provided friendly, courteous service throughout the hotel. My room included a spacious layout and useful amenities. The breakfast had numerous choices and fresh ingredients. I especially appreciated the fitness center. It featured modern equipment and offered a variety of workout options.

the hotel benefits from proximity to major attractions. karlsplatz underground station is within walking distance, providing multiple connections! the breakfast service presented a decent variety, i found the staff to be helpful with requests.
the room's design felt somewhat dated, and lacked modern amenities. the small desk was uncomfortable, and i missed having more convenient charging options near the bed. this could use an update to improve functionality

underwhelming despite location
empty minibarmissing hose
i found a couple of issues . the minibar was completely empty, quite inconvenient. also, the shower lacked a hose. it seems like a minor detail, but it definitely affected my experience negatively.
