The location was convenient, just a quick shuttle ride to the airport! The staff arranged it so easily, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and the standards were high, offering a relaxing environment. I really must compliment the staff. They are really good and so attentive!
The wifi signal in my room was rather weak. The bandwidth wasn't great either so working online was a little challenging.

Acceptable, but some Issues Present

I found a couple of areas needing attention. The shower had rust on some parts. Calcium deposits were also visible around connections. The room I occupied on the ground floor was close to a bright hotel billboard, this sign shone all night, thus my room was bright all night. I expect better from a hotel that wants repeat guests.

the location is excellent for transit passengers. a restaurant is on-site with amazing food. papa mo's served a very good evening meal. i appreciated the convenient pickup service from the airport for only €7.

the hotel offered a very reliable shuttle service directly to the airport very early in the morning it was perfect for catching my flight out of zagreb the restaurant stood out with its fantastic food i found it quite satisfying after a long day of travel my room was comfy plus it was impeccably clean
the sound isolation was not perfect i could hear noises from adjacent rooms occasionally

this location proves amazing especially when traveling transit or needing close proximity to the airport big supermarkets and a gas station were located very close providing easy access to necessary supplies before my trip.

my room included comfortable furniture and a well kept bathroom it also featured ample lighting and climate control the beds featured fresh linens and provided adequate support for a restful night's sleep i had no issues with noise.

the staff offered assistance with check-in at nearly 2 am as my flight experienced a very big delay they were indeed very helpful and very understanding they also promptly addressed my requests concerning transportation and luggage storage.
