The staff was very kind. Upon our arrival, there was a small misunderstanding. we were promptly upgraded to a beautiful suite. It included a large bath. It was such a thoughtful gesture after our long journey.

Our room felt somewhat outdated and the bed was not the best. I found that the floor was warm. It wasn't particularly warm outside, so this was noticeable.

The staff were quick and efficient.

I attended a prosecco afternoon here. I paid quite a bit and the food seemed very cheap. The sandwiches tasted stale and the fillings tasted nasty. I don't think i'll come again.

the staff was friendly and informative i really enjoyed the room it had a working desk. the parking was also good as well as easy access to the hotel reception!

the room felt dated and the bed wasn't comfortable for the price i paid. our floor was very warm and it wasn't warm outside it was the top floor so the heat settled there.

the hotel provides a large car park convenience i found this very helpful. inside the hotel i saw some comfortable lounges. there were some bar areas as well that looked great.

my room was a nice size and modern it included an iron a hairdryer and a mini fridge. i noticed the linens had been washed well. the room was very quiet and i overlooked the area outside the conference centre.

the breakfast was fantastic i am a vegetarian and they served a complete vegetarian breakfast. the restaurant has a beautiful decoration i loved this! the hotel provided amazing hot breakfast dishes.

the room lacked storage space i mean not one drawer i found that hard to believe the bathroom was big but it also had zero storage it had a shower curtain bath as well i thought that was a bad call especially for anyone who might struggle a bit getting in and out
