The staff seemed alright and helpful. What else could you really ask for?

The room I got really screamed 'disappointment'. Stains covered the carpet and gave it a real 'lived-in' look, but not in a good way. The bathroom tiles looked like nobody had ever cleaned them. I can't say I'd return in a hurry.
